We had such an amazing experience at Pocatello Greenhouse! Janice was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when we were choosing our trees. she made the entire process so easy and stress-free, and we truly appreciated how much time she took to answer our questions and help us make the right choices. You can tell she really cares about her customers and everyone there knows their plants and trees! We highly recommend Pocatello Greenhouse and will definitely be back! 🌳💚

I own a landscape business. I was in this store looking at some things. The owner, Janice, came up to me and told me some of the items they had, and helped me decide on some products. She was so so helpful. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. I'd recommend this store to anyone needing landscape items.

As a new beginner to "soft scaping" and wanting to maintain my yard, I had asked a few friends who they suggest I go to and a few have mentioned this establishment. So I decided to see what the hype was all about. From the outsiders perspective, this place seemed like a "one stop shop" but once I got a closer look, I become overwhelmed. I found it difficult to find what I was looking for (staff included). I asked a gal if she could provide some assistance and she gave the impression that my inquiries were an inconvenience to her as she looked annoyed that her conversation with whom I'm guessing is another staff was being interrupted. Not sure how management trains their employees but I can assure you, this is NOT how customer service is supposed to be presented. Staff was often difficult to locate and when approached their responses were dry, like some of their elbows. I'd be mad too. Also not sure if the owner has some type of underlying medical condition as she appeared to be a little frothy around the lips and seemed to be quite unstable. Learned that plants and foliage aren't locally grown but rather shipped from elsewhere. Whatever happened to taking pride in ones business? I

I can’t say enough awesome things about this company. We’ve used them to blow out our sprinklers every year and they are wonderful and knowledgeable and get the job done right. Jan is awesome to work with. The greenhouse is awesome and does great community events. I love having this company in our city.

I love the Pocatello Greenhouse! I have been gardening for years and have never had as amazing outcomes as when I have used their products. They are far superior to anything you can get elsewhere in town. I recently replaced all of my weed guard, rocks, and many plants with their quality products. They have always had exceptional, customer service, quality, and pricing! I’m so glad our little community has the greenhouse!
